Ready-to-ship hair orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing and handling, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability. If an item requires additional preparation, we will communicate any updated timeframe.

ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Complimentary local pickup is available in Yonkers, New York, by appointment only.
You will receive confirmation and pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please do not arrive before receiving your pickup notification.

LOCAL PICKUP
Hair purchased as part of a Be My Muse extension installation package is delivered directly to our studio for inspection and preparation.
Once your hair arrives and has been verified, you will receive instructions to reserve your installation appointment.

EXTENSION INSTALLATION ORDERS
Please review your selected length, texture, color, quantity, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
